Gates of Heaven.

Gates of Heaven is a custom luxury residence in Newport Beach designed and constructed through a fully integrated design-build approach. The project was developed with a strong emphasis on architectural precision, spatial flow, and construction execution, allowing every element of the residence to be coordinated under a single team from concept through completion.

The residence is defined by its tectonic façade composition, expansive glazing systems, and carefully controlled material palette. Interior and exterior spaces were designed to function as a continuous architectural experience, balancing openness, privacy, natural light, and structural expression throughout the home.

A key feature of the project is the integration of advanced architectural and engineering systems, including a movable deck pool system, full smart-home integration, custom millwork, floor-to-ceiling slab applications, and large-scale vertical circulation elements. Every detail of the project was approached as part of a unified architectural language rather than isolated design features.

The design-build process allowed for close coordination between architecture, engineering, fabrication, and construction teams, helping maintain consistency in detailing, construction quality, and project execution throughout all phases of development.
